With a technical background in engineering, global corporate sustainability at Nike, and 4+ years working with senior leaders to implement efficiencies, I utilize my experience in operations, sourcing, manufacturing, and design to understand the business needs and implement mutually beneficial strategies.
Independently, I have worked as a consultant for a wide range of companies globally, to achieve their sustainable business and packaging goals. Mainly creating and working with businesses to implement new packaging strategies and developing playbooks for continued application across new products. As a founder myself, I am eager to work for a startup, as I love dynamic work environments and opportunities to support different aspects of the business and scale. I value playing my role on a multifaceted team and showing up where and when I am needed to provide the best work possible and accomplish results with rapid change and growth. I have been inspired by friends backed by YC. This year I took action, and completed the YC Startup School online curriculum for a part-time venture to elevate sustainable accommodations, Sustaying.
